In our second edition of PLM on JH (Journal haphazardly), all things that THINK they're hot but really are NOT, we touch upon fools at the gym clearly working out their ego instead of their muscle. So I'm in the gym today and there are a group of dudes making up their own exercise on one of the machines, which you know is whatever...fine. The issue is like any stereotypical group of men making up stuff in the gym they're wilding! Doing all types of extraneous, dangerous, and unnecessary shyt. They're primary goal is to make an impression, which they are, but mostly everyone in the gym is looking at them with the smh (shaking my head) expression. I know one of them hurt his back today. He tried to play it off, but he knows that I know he messed up. I saw him take that too heavy weight and overextend his back. I thought to myself, "Seriously? You look like an ass." The funny part is he caught my "you look like an ass" face mid-wince and tried to parlay it like he wasn't in terrible pain. Mm-hmm, whatever you say buddy.
